One of our many exciting features is our duplicate identification system. Most letter vendors can identify a duplicate file that an agency transmits. At Focus1, we can identify and delete any letters that are found duplicated, even from files that were transmitted 3 to 4 weeks prior.
These electronic letters are transmitted to Focus1 using a batch interface provided by HealthWare, Inc. It is a batch interface that works with your Collector System. This outsourcing interface includes the ability to:
- Simply create a Focus1 form to direct your letters to Focus1 Systems.
- All CUBS letter codes supported, including custom ‘@X’ codes.
- Automated updates into your Collector System of all NCOA lookup results.
- HealthWare and Focus1 work together on your unique letter needs.
- Support for CUBS ‘Alternate Payor’ addressee options.
